  Room service was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Our room was very quiet, felt like we had the place to ourselves.

  Vending machines did not work on our floor. Parking garage was creepy.

  Friendly staff, close to downtown area bars and restaurants.

  Booked room with king bed online, upon arrival found bed to be an oversized queen at best but front desk maintained it was a king. The bathroom was clean but in need of updating, ie. faucets, tile in need of regrouting. Had to pay $11.50 for overnight parking, plus approx. $27.00 in room taxes on top of the $160.00 room rate.

  Beds were very comfortable. Check in was efficient.

  New carpeting in the hallways produced an overwhelmingly bad smell. No notice of this was mentioned. Lighting in the rooms was very poor with no desk lamp and low wattage bulbs in other lights. No directory to the hotel and services was provided. A very underwhelming and expensive experience. For the work that was being done I expected a better price.

  Very dated , rooms and public areas all need updated , overpriced . Poor quality breakfast . Some staff were helpful , some were not . Would no choose to stay again

  Restaurant food very good. Looking out window from our 9th floor room and seeing boats on the St. Lawrence.

  Building VERY DATED. Lots of construction outside on building. was told by several people that construction on outside should be completed by October 2014. I asked if then on inside...was told NO. Too bad. Really needs it. Wallpaper peeling off several places in our room. Needed to get up several times during night to stop toilet from constantly running. Dingy smell to room. Old dated... very tired looking hotel.
